SUPERSTARS NIGHT! AN EVENT WHICH HAS NEVER TAKEN PLACE IN LONDON BEFORE! The 31st Night Dinner Dance with Dr Malani Fonseka M.P, Jackson Anthony; Keerthi Pasquel; The Super Fortunes & Special Guest Saman De Silva. Supporters and well wishes were kept on their toes by Vimukthi Mahindarathna & Shanuka Shasthri who has done a commendable job (A Product of Reality). The Crowd were entertained by Shimal’s Dancers followed by tasty food with three action stations Godhamber Rotty, Appa, Thosai and Rice & Curry. At the Count Down to the New Year our Supporters and Well Wishes were given Kiribath & campaign Organised by Lakeith Cooray (Hoper Hut) & Sriyani Mendis. There was a dancing Competition, Aluth Aurudu Kumaraya & Kumari Competition, Auction’s & Raffle tickets. The Crowd was made to dance by Keerthi Pasquel and the Super Fortunes, Jackson Anthony and Saman De Silva in to the small hours of the New Year (03.30AM) The spectacular photographs were taken by Chinthaka Weerasingha Surender Balrai & Sonia Hewavitarne. Reality UK had tremendous support from the Minister of External Affairs Pro.G.L Peiris; M.P. Justice Nihal Jayasingha (High Commissioner); Dr Malani Fonseka M.P, Jackson Anthony; Keerthi Pasquel; The Super Fortunes & Special Guest Saman De Silva in order to make the event a success. The proceeds for the events are for our Project Bingiriya 2010. Our aim is to build a home with adequate facilities for the Children and Adults with Learning Difficulties at this care home in Bingiriya. The Work that is to be undertaken will involve working in partnership with communities to improve the quality of life of these children and youth by providing basic living, i.e proper kitchen, bedrooms, toilets & bathrooms facilities in addition to the skilled educational support needed.
